2nd time here in 5 years or so. Always nice. One thing unless I missed it, no private car park scammers operating at this car park. We have seen private car park operators at some retail shops and this has put off customers returning. So well done to keeping these rogues out...
Homebase Reigate has been a second home where I would pop in and out over the weeks to finalise my kitchen design. A young man called Kerey who I now consider a friend has been fantastic to say the least. In January 2020, I visited Homebase in Reigate after a not so successful experience at B&Q in Crawley. I was greeted by Kerey as I walked up the stairs. He simply said hello. I told him that I wanted a new kitchen. I was a bit stressed that day and I did all the talking while he listened. He replied saying that he will do his best to support me with my kitchen needs. I felt he was interested in what I wanted as complex as it was. He is a listener and tends to ask relevant questions which put me at ease. He was able to suggest solutions and with empathy understanding from a client point of view. He understood ultimately the person has to be able live in and enjoy the kitchen. Others in other organisations were more about selling their products and seemed well rehearsed product knowledge and sales pitch. However Kerey is different he listens and enjoys great pleasure in finding solutions and options for his clients. He’s a very knowledgeable man. I can tell that he has had many conversations with kitchen fitters and builders as they visit the store and has gained knowledge of how they put a kitchen together and what is possible. My kitchen is beautiful and I absolutely love it and live in there. I trusted Kerey so much that I let him pick my appliances and he designed my kitchen with my needs in mind. He gives practical advice and knows what makes a beautiful kitchen. If you are looking for great customer service and exceptional after care then Kerey at Homebase in Reigate is the man to meet. I am thoroughly thankful to him and recommend. #excellence #integrity #service
