We had a great experience with Hayley and BKB. The whole process from the first briefing to the the kitchen delivery and fitting has been very smooth and efficient. Hayley was great in understanding our needs and putting them down in amazing drawings and rendering and helping us taking the right decisions (layout, colours, materials...). She was always available to be contacted and responsive to our queries taking off us a lot of stress from our house renovation project. The whole experience felt like a truly bespoke service for a competitive price compared to the high street kitchen shops. The result was an amazing kitchen and utility room that we are extremely pleased with. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased an apartment in London and immediately contacted Hayley to redesign the kitchen and bathrooms. After working with her on a previous project we knew we wanted to work with her again. She put great effort and detail into designing the kitchen and bathrooms, creating amazing images so we would know what the finished result would look like. Hayley visited the property with samples of the cabinets and surfaces and gave expert designer advice specifically for the space. The outcome was absolutely amazing and we could not be happier! Having worked with her twice, we could not recommend her enough, and would definitely contact her again if we had any other projects.

My family and I were searching for ages to find a company that would help design and fit our kitchen. We found that every company would offer a design and fitting but very little aftercare or/and limited number of visits. I got recommended to Hayley and BKB and i was impressed from the start with Hayleys understanding of my requirements that other companies said wouldn't be possible. Hayley come on site and recommended what could work better as oppose to 'it wont work'. After the kitchen was done Hayley come round to see the kitchen and checked everything. From start to finish it was the best service i have had. Highly recommend.
