Very poor! Went here early this year and asked for a price for some painting. Got a quote, albeit reluctantly, which was increased by about 20% almost immediately. Reid's asked to confirm in writing, but refused saying \we've never been asked for that\. They did say they would do it, but never did. Unprofessional!

Outstanding service and excellent pricing. Highly recommended. Tommy has done a few cars for us now and will continue to use.
