My family and I have been customers at Reid Mackellar for many years and we alway receive a fantastic service. I had another great experience today as Claire and her colleagues created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I always feel relaxed and at ease and nothing is ever a problem for the team here. They also adhere to all COVID restrictions and I felt very safe given the current circumstances. Thank you and looking forward to my next visit x

A great independent practice with fantastic service.
Husband called on my behalf as I was at work. Was having severe problem with my eye. Was asked to email a picture of my eye in. Did that and within a few hours the optition was out at my door with a prescription. Now if that is not 5 star service i dont know what is. I suffered for weeks through lockdown with this. Cant thank you enough.
Would highly recommend, perfect experience and really helpful at every stage and you cannot fault the staff who work there - all great ! Clare was so professional and helped me pick out a fab new pair of glasses, which I love!!
