Got here at 4:45 right after dropping my phone and cracking my screen. I was told they couldn't do the 10 minute screen replacement (it took me 10 minutes the last time I did it) despite my offer to tip them handsomely and wait patiently. Apparently they leave at 5PM on the dot, but I'll never come back here again. I suggest you do the same as they have waaaay too many customers and are hoping to pare them down a bit.

I took my iPhone 8 Plus in for diagnostics and screen replacement. They were very fast. The next day, today, I called and was told that the iPhone was repaired and working! Very delighted. I said I would be by before 5 their closing time. Ethan said because it’s a slow day, which I can understand, he would be closing at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:32 pm and their front door was locked and no one answered... to make it even more aggravating was that when I called their business number it went straight to mailbox which was FULL! I can understand closing early but please don’t tell a customer that you are closing at 3 pm and close earlier. Ethan, imagine if this is how you were treated. Maybe their was an emergency... he could have called me on the iPhone number that I had just called him from. SAD.

I had screen replaced here and was a happy customer. I called a week later to let them know since replacing screen my siri function no longer worked. They claimed it was a software issue and to update my phone. My siri functions worked before them replacing screen. So did update still not working. A week later I drop phone 2ft with case and screen cracks. I go back to store and guy was saying it was software issue and wouldn’t even open true phone up to check to make sure screen was installed properly I ask to work with me on screen since it’s been under 30 days and he would only take ten dollars off. FYI screens are not OEM ( he stated they are stronger) Buyer beware. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. These folks need to learn some customer service.
