A typical govt office with all infrastructure but not maintained properly. Many times the software system either becomes slow or is down. Though the employees know their job well but they take things very easy without bothering about loss of time of waiting people. The agents do many of works which are supposed to be done by the staff. The office timings are very good. The staff needs to be efficient.

Lot of wait at times, since the Brokers and Agents are given priority. However Mr. Gaikwad Sub Registrar 2 is a very honest and cooperative person, indeed an asset to this office and the Government of Maharashtra.
