Sunny was amazing, very helpful and very knowledgeable! He helped myself and another customer at same time as we chose the same phone and had no problem getting our new phones and gift cards at the same time as well. Fantastic help!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Go anywhere else. You do not receive the same service as you come to expect with Costco. They could not process my switch. I spent over 4 hours on a day off trying to set up an account with Bell and port my number it did not work. On top of that I was charged 200 by Bell each time I had to have a the number port re-issued. I was assured by the rep that the refund would be automatic. I am still waiting 6 business day later for my refund and Bell tells me it was never processed.

Cell phone contract benefits are unbeatable at Costco time and time again... furthermore, finding a more professional, courteous, and helpful group of people would be a challenge. 12/10 would recommend. Condolences to their competition.

We waited 2 hours to upgrade to a phone that was listed online. In actuality, we waited 2 hours for a 15 second conversation telling us that that phone was not available... It apparently hasn't been available for a while (discontinued). Update the website then! Very frustrating experience

Not worth getting the gift cards if you have to buy a phone through them. I phoned no joking 18 times and no one would pick up. I then drove an hour to the location only to be told there is a call back list and I won't be seen today as well as my phone is not in and will not be in stock but I can "ask any questions I might have" I will spend the extra money to buy a phone from anywhere but this location this could of been delt with in 30 seconds over the phone and saved me the time and gas.
