Very nice neighbourhood. Not as fast growing due to the economy, but definitely the place to buy wise.

Not a fan of the sub divisions name - sounds like a disease as in ‘Bob caught a case of Westeria’ but other than that the properties look nice and they are in a great location close to the Global Transportation Hub at the intersection of Dewdney and Pinkey Road. Once the bypass is open this subdivision will have quick access to any part of the city or any exit to a neighbouring location.
