Super friendly and helpful staff. Despite only being in here a handful of times, they remember me each time I go in, and they always ask how my previous purchases were. They genuinely care about getting you the right product, and will work hard to help you in any way possible. I will gladly do all of mine and my families outerwear shopping here, and would not ever hesitate to recommend the store to anybody else.

The manager who was at this Urban Trail store in Regina's Southland Mall last fall was one of the best salespersons I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this store very highly. The Quarks store (same company) in the Southland Mall is in one of the high traffic areas of the Mall and so is very hectic. The Urban Trail store, however, is in a more secluded location (actually not all that easy to find) and makes for a much more relaxed shopping experience. I hope that the same manager is there when I go to purchase my Merrell winter clogs this year!
