An unbelievably poor experiance from begining to end. I cant complain for the quality of their work because I will be the first to say it looks great... their bigest problem is the fact that they outsourced the vast majority of their work to other vendors... all of whom had issues with completing their work in a timely fashion. It has been over a month since we worked out what work was going to be done and the parts we were going to use, and I am still dealing with their 3rd party vendors. Universal has washed their hands of it as they feel their end of the work is done and have left me to work it out on my own. Meanwhile their vendor keeps giving me the run around about parts they say they keep ordering, but then either never arrive or I am told the ones they sent were incorrect... I am again being told it will be another 2 weeks. All of this, AND they conveiniently lost my tire... the one that was supposed to be getting replaced due to a large gouge in it from the pothole that caused the insurance claim to replace the entire wheel. They tried telling me there was no such damage (even though my whole family saw it and can confirm it was there) and when I asked to see the tire, it was conveiniently lost all of a sudden. The entire process has been a complete gong show and continues to be a huge pain. Will never use them again and will be sharing my experiance with anyone I hear is looking for repairs.
Took my truck to Universal for an SGI claim. They were very professional and had a clear cut plan during this Covid situation. I work in healthcare and appreciate any efforts made in regards to this. My vehicle is used to transport our 3 big dogs around so it was very messy inside. The detailing that was done was out of this world. My truck looks like it came from the showroom once again. Thank you very much for the wonderful service.
The service is amazing. They call you with updates when things have changed or have to order parts in if they find additional damage. They detail your car before giving it back to you and it is IMMACULATE when you get it back. I am extremely happy with their service and customer care and would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been to other auto body shops over the years and I think Universal is by far the best I have ever been to.

Universal Collision and their staff are fantastic. Super friendly, quality work with guarantee, arranged the rental, and kept me in the loop the whole time. They also returned my vehicle cleaner then it was inside and out. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you are also looking for a great place to get your car detailed this is the place, I take both my vehicles in at least twice a year and it’s like having a new car again each time.
Exceptional. That's the word that comes to mind when I describe the customer service received from the staff at Universal Collision. We had an issue of error, however the staff went above and beyond my expectations to rectify the situation and made sure I left happy. I will continue doing business with these folks and I couldn't be more pleased to leave this review. I strongly encourage anyone needing auto repair to go and see the wonderful staff at Universal.
