I had an excellent experience at the East Regina uBreakiFix. I went in with smashed glass on the back camera on my phone. There was the potential that the camera lenses were damaged as well. After learning the potential cost to replace the lenses I knew I didn't have the money for both. I asked if it was possible for them to only replace the glass even if the lenses were damaged. They said it was no problem and assured me they would let me know what needed to be fixed so I could come back in the future when I could afford to. They had my phone for an hour and fortunately the only thing broken was the glass. Both gentlemen there showed amazing customer service and were super understanding of my financial limitations. Their prices are fairly reasonable given the devices they are working with.

The store is good, one stop solution for almost every broken electronics, it takes time but repairs good and reliable.
Phones are essential for most of us and these guys repaired 2 phones in 2.5 hours. Friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly prices are up there for newer phones but still for having to wait 2hours instead of 2 weeks was worth every nickel
Ubreakifix Regina was really quick to respond and fix my phone. I had an excellent experience with thems. I drop My s21 and this phone was new to market the way that there was no proper casing for that yet in the market but they replace the broken glass with a brand new part with a fair pricing.

After a slight panic attack when my daughter broke my phone screen, I immediately phoned uBreakiFix, and they were able to get me in the same day. These guys were great! They got me in next day and fixed my screen no problem. They also went above and beyond with a different item that I had broken and inquired about and provided me lots of information on it and how to go about my repair even though it needed to go back to the manufacturer. Fast, friendly service! Will use them going forward for any repairs.
