My parcel was delivered to a house a block away with my address clearly on the label. Thanks to honest people they brought the package to me. Only half the order here. God knows where the rest is!!!
The male and female owner are extremely rude and cheap !!! They even do not want to print out the receipt for you to save money for their papers !!! They also said you can go somewhere else if you are not satisfied with our service!! Hope the ups company can investigate this owner and cancle the authorization for them to run the business as they will cause significant reputation damage for UPS !!!

There was a 10 dollar difference in shipping rate from estimating the difference using UPS.com and using their store using the same weight and shipping class. No explanation other than that's the rate.
The young man that "helped" me. Was very rude and condescending to the point he cursed under his breath at my wife and stormed of. I was attempting to send out packages for my e-commerce business. This experience has ensured you will never see any of my business. Very disappointing
The receptionist was so much rude. Literally shouting on over phone. Then when i told him to be polite that guy just hang up, i tried calling again but didn’t receive.. Never expected.
Dropped off a prepaid UPS labelled package bound for US. Aug 5th assumed it was delivered just found out it wasnt and was never scanned into system. Launching UPS investigation & police report.
