I’ve used the cleaning services of Joy Factor for almost 7 years and they have never let me down. When Jody took over from Joy, the service was just as excellent. My place is spotless after they visit. They’ll often do little extra things and they have easy online payment. They also respond to any questions in a timely manner.

Had Jody booked for a consult and she cancelled the first time and than wouldn’t return to phone calls or emails. I have purchased a gift certificate through her and now won’t be able to use it. What terrible service !! do not recommend
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We had a move out and move in clean scheduled for today July 24th, which the move out clean was actually schedule yesterday but they didn't show up. The cleaner did come this morning but the job was terrible. No floors, countertops or appliances were swept or wiped down (they were there for 3 hours) the new home buyers were expecting to walk into a clean house and enjoy possession day and unfortunately that was ruined for them by Joy Factor. We contacted the owner Jody and instead of sending the cleaner back to complete the job properly she apologized and told us she wouldn't charge us and to find someone else.... OH and she told us to just cancel the 2nd clean scheduled for this afternoon because she wasn't confident the clients would be happy (cleaners are very hard to book in advance let alone 2 hour notice). So two pairs of homebuyers were let down by this company today. Fortunately we were able to find someone to come right away but really inconvenient for everyone involved. Won't return my calls or texts. I would suggest if you have anything booked with this company to go with someone else.
Amazing lady she is!! Reasonable prices and amazing service. Always so quick and polite. Will not go to anyone else for my cleaning needs. Thank you for always being so great!!
Worked with Jody for a number of years, best cleaner I know. Only good things can happen from someone as organized and detailed as her training her crew. If I ever got the chance I would hire them in a second!
