I was having some challenges with an order that I had made on Boxing Day. I sent an email to The Brick and Lindsay helped me. She was extremely understanding, supportive and helpful. She gave me some new options to fix my issue, handled all of the changing over/paperwork for me and set up a delivery time for this Saturday. I couldn't have asked for better service. I started out being frustrated and came out of the situation more than happy. Thank you so much Lindsay for your amazing customer service!
Bought a dresser here to complete our twins nursery. Took over a month to get to us. Pushed back deliveries and now it's arrived damaged. Contacted the store front and they're no help, we have to email customer support and they're TWO WEEKS OUT from getting to our issue (what's that say about your service). And now we're too close to the due date to have our issue resolved in a timely manner, as we're stuck in customer support limbo, we'll most likely having to use bought and paid for garbage in our near perfect nursery. Avoid shopping here at all costs.
Purchased king bed but got queen instead. I told Rehan that I got a wrong bed and he said they bring the king bed and take the queen they mistakenly brought. I told them I'm not ready to wait long time again so just refund me, they said they don't have any refund policy. I called the east branch and they said they have a one week refund policy but the north branch kept denying that. The manger was so mean, I was frightened by the way he was staring at me for more than 2min. Two female staff were so mean too, they would gossip about me while I was standing there! Rehan (sale person) refused to take accountability for his mistakes, rather, he was blaming me for not checking my receipt. I have nightmares from the way their manger was looking at me in their office for a long time! I and my family will not go to that store again, and I won't recommend it to my relatives or friends!
