Had some of the best help from Prince today. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were told about some current deals related to what we were searching for. After allowing some time to look on out own he came back and quickly offered to find shipping time and given similar offers with shorter shipping and lower prices. All our questions were answered and the service was friendly and efficient. Can absolutely see myself coming back to finish finishing my home. Update 3 weeks later: had to remove a couple stars because the item is so badly damaged upon receiving it I can hardly put it together. When we call right after finding these damages we were told that we could send an email and they would take a week to contact us again with an update.

Friends and I were there to resolved an issue with a monthly contract. My friends didn't sign for a monthly payments, but so much down each month. The manager put them on a contract, which has higher fees.With out them knowing until they got a letter stating there New contract. Which was wrong. It took them over two an half weeks to resolve it. From this experience they will don't shop there anymore. So be carefully of what is going on with your contract and manager explaining hidden words.
It was our First time here. The Furniture buying process itself is very hectic but the Assistant Manager whose name is Prince made it very easy for us. Great to deal with him. Great Price. Would definitely go back.
