Horrible business and not professional. They scan packages as delivered to the front door, I’ve waited hours for a parcel that never shows up. Their customer service isn’t responsive. I pay for same day delivery but get the package days later and then they don’t have the courtesy to knock on the door and leave, they just leave the package at your door for everyone to see. They definitely need to be shut down or hire new management and staff.

I have had no issues with Dynamex. I like the fact they deliver 7 days a week. They've always delivered promptly and contacted by phone if I was not home. I find they are way better than Purolator who says they come to my house and I'm not home which is untrue as I have been home waiting specifically for the parcel. I'm very happy with their service! Thank you
Worst courier company ever. I call them and they immediately hang up on me. I do the inquire thing on the website, I never get a response. They put an estimated delivery date, and never updated it, even though my package has not even come yet. Also they lie about their hours. Their so called "representatives" that will contact you soon, never contact. NEVER USE THIS COURIER UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE.
I have never personally spoken to any of them, but they do seem to get packages out quickly. Had many orders delivered by them and I've never had any issues
Called their physical store to figure out the ikea pickup point stuff. At first they said no, we aren't a pickup store. They were rude, unhelpful. They claimed my order had been cancelled, which it had not. I asked for more info and they just said "it's been cancelled" and that's it. Update: Did eventually figure it out and it was clearly them being wrong. That said, the staff in the back that handle the actual items were friendly and helpful.
TForce, also known as Dynamex, is probably the most inefficient, incapable, and unhelpful courier service I have ever encountered. They do not come during the hours you're available, they do not attempt to call or leave any sticky notes with further instructions, and they do not even extend to you the option of picking up your own package after doing all of the above. They have failed to deliver a simple package, a book; the simple fact is if it was delivered by Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator I would currently have my book. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
They do not have a physical location to pick up packages from, so when you miss the delivery (and you always do, as it’s always delivered during the day when most people are at work) it gets shipped back to where you ordered it from. You also can’t authorize delivery to another address after they receive it (I live in an apartment, so was trying to get it delivered to a family members house - couldn’t be done). This company does NOTHING to help customers, and I will not be dealing with them again!!!
Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with this company that we felt the need to write a review to warn others.
