My Audi looks amazing now , looks even better than before the accident !!! I was so stressed out because I got in accident, I couldn't sleep nights because of that I love my car ,my car means a lot to me Its not just a peace of metal or transportation to get to work , its more than that I take care of my Audi After fixing all the damages at Taylor's Body Shop I don't even regret I was in accident, its looks like new !!!! :) All replacement parts are GENUINE (headlights, fog lights, bumper grill ....., paint ,....) The job was done very quick with no delays I even got to drive a new Toyota while my car was at body shop When I came to pick up my car it was by the front door so clean and shiny. They detailed it from inside and out ! Everyone is very friendly, there , very helpful, knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend! Thank you, Kevin Taylor for your help , for your time and patience I really appreciate it!!!!
Great front desk staff. Repairs good except new headlight poorly adjusted. Went back, they "fixed" the headlights. 2 nights later saw they overadjusted aiming them almost down to 20 ft in front of bumper. Another 120 mile roundtrip to Regina. THEN waited over an hour before they even took the car in because "the tech who worked on our car was late showing up that morning"! Wife and I waited sitting because of their policy. Not happy at all with that.
Had my Nissan repairs completed here. Great communication and never left looking for answers. I would def come back again for any body work I need.
Good Service but a bit slow, it wasn't their fault but when we came to pick up the car there was multiple spot with a lot polish powder that was not washed off. On the side of the door (one of the damage spot) there is extra glue, I'm assuming that's what the black stuff is. To hold the pieces together-correct me if i'm wrong. Another thing is that we found a small chip on our windshield (right beside the repair spot). The small chip on the windshield might have been from something hitting it by accident. My dad saw the chip on the day we picked it up but didn't tell us, he didn't think it was a big deal and he didn't want to leave the car at the shop again( its been there for like a month). Other then those problem the repair was great, cant even tell it was involved in a collision.
Totally recommend this place for any kind of vehicle repairs. This can be body/structural repairs, cosmetic touches, mechanical inspections or replacing parts - this shop is BY FAR THE BEST IN THE MARKET !!! The reason I say this is because there are not many places in Regina that understands the concept of customer satisfaction, and quality service. Taylor Auto Body shop excels in both - great service, and skilled professionals !
A place with very questionable business practices. Got an appointment here, then confirmed it just to learn on arrival that it disappeared from their records. Like in many canadian body shops the chargers are outrages and can reach third of a car price for a door replacement. You are valued if you overinsured. No wonder our premiums keep growing one way. Looks like the government does not care or happy to have their share of a pie. In my case I just needed a side glass replacement - the estimate exceeded 1 grand. Got the job done at speedy for a fraction of that price. There is even more economical option - any Toyota dealer or approved body shop south of the border.
They did an awesome job with my car. Looks exactly the same as before when i first bought it at Toyota. Even got me a courtesy vehicle to drive in the meantime when the car was in the shop. Thank you for the service during this unprecedented time!
