My wife and I have been searching for a new kitchen table and decided to try Structube. We were impressed with the pricing and modern designs, we honestly had no idea what to expect. The store was a little overwhelming due to so being packed into a smaller store and we ended up purchasing online since we didn't get more than a "you guys are doing ok?" from the staff but honestly we were happy to be left alone.

Unless you're looking to wait 4-6 months MINIMUM to receive your order with little to no support from the staff or customer service, don't order here. The local staff tell you nothing or tell you to "call back next week" for an update over and over, and getting through the customer service line on the website is impossible. Things are backed up due to things being locked down in the east, but the customer service is so poor. We waited 6 months for our couch to arrive and an additional four months for other product. No one has even offered us an apology. Stock is constantly backordered and even if it says it will be back on a certain date, expect to be waiting an additional two months on top of that. Their product is beautiful but for the hassle you have to go through to get it, it isn't worth it. I have had to chase this company around for months on end to get any kind of answers as to what's happening with my 3000 order. We decided to return a table on our order that we had placed (after being without one for 3 months) and I've been waiting ten days for my return to be processed after being told it would only take 5. Avoid this company at all costs!
Loving my first two deliveries from Structube! Orders arrived as per the estimated dates. Very pleased.
DO NOT SHOP HERE if you don’t want to completely throw your money away. My husband and I ordered a table online 3 months ago and were told it would be in by mid January. They charged our credit card immediately and basically ghosted us. By end of January we had still heard nothing and had to chase them around to get answers about our table. Again, they told us it would be delivered by feb 12. February 12th came and went and we still had not received any communication or update from Structube. After more phone calls and chasing they said to expect the table by MID MARCH. They offered no apology or refund of any sort. From here we opted to cancel the order as we were now 3 months without a table and we had gotten to the point where we needed one ASAP. The worker issued the refund and said it will be refunded back on my credit card within 5 days. That was now 11 days ago and I have still received NO refund and NO explanation from the company. I am BEYOND frustrated as we’ve now paid for a whole new dining set and still waiting on the payment for the canceled one. THEY ARE THIEVES. They take your money and don’t guarantee or update you on the product you purchased. Structube seriously lacks in customer service and communication. I will be phoning the company daily in order to receive my refund.
Good furniture, but I takes so long to arrive. ordered in July and store advised the products won’t be here till October mid and rep advised it might delay. Absolutely hate it when they offer to cancel the order, if you have been waiting for few months now is there a point to cancel it now? Stop saying that.
This company is totally a joke, it is just a show room with poor customer service and cheap dishonest management who does not dare and bother to come forward and say sorry to customers; overcharging customers, hanging them there and hide when it comes to delivery. We ordered a few items Aug and we still have not received it. At the time of price, sales agent assured us these are in stock as we double-checked and asked. Once we paid, now you can run and chase them. Good luck! They have two sales agents who basically sugarcoat every situation but practically no help at all. Dont fall into their tricks!
Modern furniture and home decor for a great price! Super friendly staff. I have had a good experience every time I have gone to this location. My home looks stunning thanks to Structube!
LOVE everything in this store. I question the quality because the prices are sooo good!! Will definitely be getting our next couches from here
