TL;DR: Nice little shop with a nice selection, however, it would be nice if the staff knew a little more about what they were selling and the prices could be a bit better and their storage of products were better managed. Went there to pick up some cigars after the ones I got online were held in customs for a month. I ended up buying 5 all together which came up 76 dollars before taxes. The girl behind the counter said she had never smoked and didn't seem to care to much about making a sale, nor did she seem to interested in opening the cases for me. The cigars I purchased were the in the best condition that I could find and the humidor was dry on the inside. Looking at It's humidifier its was set to 30% RH so most of the cigars would have been dried out. When I placed them inside my humidor at home its was clear there were some issues with them as one of them had cracked after a day of sitting in the proper RH. One of the ones I got was one that I have smoke quite a few times but this time it had a chemical taste to it, almost like glass cleaner. The prices there were pretty over the top as the 76 I spent there would have been 39 online after taxes and duties. for one of them the employee didn't want to give me the tag price saying it was wrong and she can only go off the scan price which was scanning 10 dollars more then the tag. I think I'll avoid this place from now and instead go to some of the other smoke shops in town unless this one is easier to go to.

Spent 40 on backwoods cigars. Both packs are dry and ashy. Used to go here because I never had a problem with them before but I WON'T be going back now!

Extremely bad experience every time I've gone. Now I drive the extra 15min pass this place, in order to get my products from a store that makes me feel welcome and not like a piece of sh@:t. Servers are horrendous and make you feel like crap. Why and how the hell is this place still open.

Super bad servers. The brown lady cashier kicked me out of the store, because she thinks I have so many questions to ask and she doesn't know which kind it has flavor wait till I found out on the box says "vanilla”

Small store with reasonable selection of cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, etc. As with most smaller tobacco shops, the pipe tobacco selection was mostly limited to the bagged, grocery store varieties.
