This was my first time trying out the one hour float. I’m not a swimmer so I wondered if I would enjoy this floating in salt water. I was told that there is 1000 pounds of salt in this water which is mind blowing. You choose whether you want to listen to soft music or not and whether you leave a small light on or not. Even without the light you can still see a bit, kind of like when you go to bed at night, you can still see a bit. At first I thought the hour would take forever but after a few minutes I started to really relax and enjoy laying and floating in the water. When the light came back on to indicate my hour was up, I was surprised that the time flew by so quickly. Everything you need for is provided for you, from shampoo and conditioner to a facial cleanser to a hair blower and hair products. I am so relaxed now that driving home was tiring. Recommend this to everyone. You must try this experience.

I just got back to work following a chiropractic treatment by Dr. Brad McNaughton at Smith & Best and I feel so much better I felt compelled to write a review. I've had a host of issues (scoliosis among them) over the years and Dr. McNaughton's treatment and advice have always got me back on track. I love the easy access to his office, ample parking, and vintage atmosphere. I always arrive minutes before my appointment and I don't think I have every had to wait more a couple of minutes before I'm in the office receiving my treatment. I would highly recommend Smith & Best to anyone who is looking for a talented, personable chiropractor.
Smith & Best has great unique gifts for yourself or someone else! Dr. Brad McNaughton is an outstanding Chiropractor and has given me the most relief of anyone I've seen. The float tank is incredibly relaxing and such a great way to take a mental break from life. Highly recommend.
