Our cabin had settled quite drastically, up to 5". After failed attempt to lift it they still billed us for their services. Apparently, I should have read the fine print as there was no guarantee that it would lift, even though that was what the quote was for. Not happy especially with the attitude given. If you do decide to go with Slabmaster make sure to have all of your questions answered in writing.

We had Slabmaster quote our garage floor as well as a Polyurethane Company. Even though the latter was more money we went with them. Slabmaster was willing to bash their competition but could offer no explanation why the Poly company's warranty was far superior to theirs.

My neighbour had slabmaster raise their driveway, which was successful. What was also successful was the fact that they did severe damage to our basement wall as our neighbours driveway was poured up to our house. When confronted the could not have been more rude, they took no responsibility and said we couldn't prove that they had anything to do with the damage.

Extremely unprofessional, after my experience with this company I checked around, I wished I would have before I agreed to their quote. Ironically they advertise BBB, check out their only review on BBB(which was not me)....shameful. Why would I need to provide my information when you haven't fix the customers issue on BBB? Fix that one first. I'll find some one else to fix my problem.

Messy, messy, messy. They raised our patio and blew mud all over our stucco. They tried to wash it off but the spots are still quite noticeable. They said it will fade over time, we will see.

They came out and did an outstanding job for what I felt was a reasonable price. Warranty is included and although I hope to not have to use it, I do appreciate that we can call and get things fixed if required.

I needed my basement to be repaired. So I got a report from a local engineer. But they refused to give me a quote due to the fact he believed it was insufficient. Even if he had no civil engineering backround.
