I love this place, although threading hurts a bit your eyebrows will always turn out better than any waxing job I think every time I have gotten mine done they have turned out FABULOUS

I've been coming here for three years!! The customer service is amazing. Pinky comes into work on her days off (at my request) and i always leave feeling satisfied and better than ever! I always feel warm and welcomed when I come into the studio! Not only that but the prices are unbeatable!! 10/10 would recommend Shree brow studio!
This place has got to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been getting my brows done for over a decade! The owner Pinky Patel has a scowl on her face even when you greet her pleasantly. Unfortunately, she is also the only one that is able to handle thick brows since some of the other girls have messed up my brows and made them too thin or misshapen. Overall , I would only recommend this place as the last option to get your brows done as a lesson in basic social etiquette is sorely needed!
I went to the brow bar in the north gate mall. Worst experience in my life. I’ve been growing out my brows for months and they were nice and full went in to get them cleaned up a little bit, told the lady to keep them thick and she made them pencil thin, I was so upset about it then she tinted them to make them look “thicker” well now I have pencil thin black eyebrows and my hair is blonde, now I feel so self conscious about my eyebrows. She also made me pay full price when she knew she had messed up my brows.
I Always came here to get my brows done! Not only is it convenient but the the customer service is so great I firmly believe that's a main reason I return every time! Thank you :)
They are very professional, made sure I was happy with the service I received. I highly recommend them.
Over-priced place
I have had my brows done at Cornwall Center location and Northgate Mall location, northgate mall is my favorite but today I was running errands in the East End so I figured I would stop the stand located in Victoria Square Mall as soon as I sat down in the chair before I even sat back I explained to the lady that I HAVE SPENT OVER A YEAR GROWING MY BROWS OUT, WORKING TO MAKE THEM NATURALLY THICK, FULL AND SHAPED, she nodded. I TOLD HER I LIKE TO KEEP THEM STRAIGH AT THE FRONT AND NOT ROUNDED, she said ok ok. I TOLD HER I HAVE HAD TROUBLES WITH LADIES MAKING THEM TO THIN AND THAT I DO NOT WANT THEM THINNED JUST CLEANED UP AROUND THE SHAPE.... it took her a long time a little longer than usual anyways and I started getting worried she did one brow and showed me it in the mirror and asked if she could take a little more off it was already a little bit thinner that I like so I told her no no no no more that is enough so she proceeded with my second brow but then continued to go back and forth between both brows taking more and more off, she showed me in the mirror at the end and they were definitely thinner than I liked I was unhappy but I wasn't angry... until I got home, I went to use the washroom and as soon as I seen my reflection in the mirror my stomach sank I guess when you're looking at them each individually up close you really can't tell as much as when you stand back and see your whole face in the mirror.. I am so so sad and disappointed I have never ever had to fill or shape my eyebrows with makeup at all but they are so thin and on the right side nearly bald at one part.. not to mention each brow os a completely different shape I have worked so hard getting them into a nice shape and keeping them that way but they are completely ruined.. i have some before and after pics...
