Staff were super helpful and processed a return that was technically a return and repurchase for lower price really efficiently. They were super busy for black Friday but still took the time for great customer service.

I wish I could give negative star, had a horrible experience. I get that with the covid stuff they have to be cautious but I went into the store with my grandmother, the guy at the from proceeded to tell us we were not allowed to touch things and as a sane person I assumed that means thing we weren't buying. My grandmother grabbed the 1 thing we were there for, masks and the front guy came up and said "I dont know what part of dont touch anything you didnt understand, I will grab what you need for you and bring it to the counter" first of all, there were 3 other people in the store grabbing their own stuff and the guy literally told another customer to grab his stuff off of the shelf. I was upset by this experience and called the store to speak to a manager and she pretty much called me a liar and said that that never happened and that she was there the whole time and he would never say that because if you're buying it you can touch it. Will not being going back.
The manager is lovely and working more hours then any company should be asking. Stopped by today and the company is asking beyond ridiculous pricing on disinfecting wipes and pre order hand sanitizer. I was appalled at this . Way to go head office...taking full advantage of this pandemic . Unfortunately it will be all that work there that take the heat .. shame on you
The Service and satisfaction , going the second mile has been ,... has been above and beyond! Very impressed with Regina Store.
Love all the different neat things they have! Staff is friendly. It is a bit pricy for certain items. I don’t really like their return policy though. I think to keep customers they need to work on that.
