They don't speak both official languages of the country. Couldn't get served in French. Lack of professionalism by the workers there. Lack of understanding. Real bureaucrats that have no judgement. Just obey. Don't think. Incompetent and terrible customer services.

Frustrating to deal with on a sizeable claim related to a city water main break. If you have a water main break anywhere near your house call a lawyer and start the process against the city and your insurance agent right away or you could be out tens of thousands of dollars in repairs .
