Staff were super helpful, several staff approached me and were courteous and friendly. Genuinely had a stellar experience here. After doing a round and didn't locate what I was looking for, I then asked for help. Was told that the item was only available online. I was then shown some alternative eyeliners. My daughter chose one of the alternatives, and she is super happy with it

Great, helpful, but not obnoxious staff. Knowledgeable about the products and policies. Go in person if you're struggling with the choices online! It's nice to test products out, too.
Well Sephora is Sephora, I was going to give 5 stars because of their amazing enthusiastic employees but the supervisor ( a guy around 55 ish ) was rude and seems not kind with visible minorities which is a forsure bad move.
A place to go for luxury makeup brands. The cornwall store provides a good selection of in store stock. Always fun to browse and staffs are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

Went here with my little sister a few weeks ago. The lady working the front before you go in is wearing a mask but got extremely close to us and asked. What are you looking for. Like she didn't want us to go in. Once we were in a really nice middle aged women helped my sister find some eye cream
