The drive-thru experience not so good. The Americano I had was burnt and tasted worse than cheap gas station coffee. Was my first from 2nd cup, will certainly be my last. Service was ... interesting. Certainly not great. I guess I was expecting more of a coffee shop experience. If you are, go somewhere else.

The man at the drive through window was incredibly proud of the smoothie he made which was so sweet and cute and totally made the experience and smoothie better. I could tell he was proud of his business and wanted to have a lasting impact. The smoothies were high quality with real fruit, and Second Cup offers vegan options in a city with limited vegan options which made me very happy.
Just bought one bag of white hot chocolate powder and got a free mug Very good deal, the girl told me the mug it self was 12.95 and the whole thing was 19.90 very good service

The guy working at the drive through on October 19th around 3pm was very rude and arrogant. He was very impatient with us and his tone of voice was extremely ill-mannered. It was a very unpleasant experience that we told him that we are leaving, and taking our business somewhere else. Why is this guy working with customers if he is going to be impatient and rude, making us feel uncomfortable? Also, why is there a 10 year old running the drive thru?? This guy needs to lose his job. Doesn't even deserve a one star.
I used to enjoy coming here. Since the guy who has been working since corona started has been working I don't enjoy it much anymore. He has an attitude that's unnecessary and acts as if customers are an inconvenience. He gave us the wrong drink so we asked him to correct it and he acted as if it was our fault and did not apologize once. And the drink did not taste as good as it usually does. Clearly needs some customer service training and I don't think he's very familiar with how to make the drinks.
The worst experience ever. I like their coffee and other drinks. But specifically quance store server seems Asian (wearing glasses) doesnt even know how to behave with people. Need to understand what actually customer asking for. He was too arogant to not to listen anything from anybody. I dont even know how he became a server like this elegant restaurant? I recommend all other brunches other than this one as long as this guy in the store.
