We went to the store to pay our phone bill in person. The staff said, "What? We don't accept bills in person. Do it E-transfer". We explained that we paid the bill in person previously. But the staff replied, "Do you know what E-transfer is?". The staff had her arms crossed and the way she talked was very rude.
Fantastic service. Came in for a cell phone upgrade and the lady who took care of me (sorry I don't remember your name) answered all my questions and set me up with the right phone on the right plan quickly and painlessly. Even offered to transfer my files from my old phone for free, which I politely declined because I like to do that myself. Friendly and professional, I highly recommend SaskTel.
