Just called regarding the new e-billing, and registration for a mySASKTEL account. The letter I received made it sound as if registration was mandatory, regardless if I wanted e-billing, or opting out of that to stay with paper....The menu options were clear, concise, and fast. My wait time was non-existent. Connected immediately. The staff member I got was very helpful. I was able to avoid registration. It's NOT mandatory, in spite of the wording of the letter I got. I'm....Just over accounts, and registering for said accounts. I have enough accounts and passwords, and didn't want more. Got what I wanted and it went very smoothly.

I was waiting for calling from Sasktel. But they did not call me back for a few days. I was waiting and waiting, then I call them again. They said they cannot provide the internet service, so I asked them how long I have to wait for it. She said that I have to keep waiting until they contact me. So frustrated and disappointed. Eventually I wasted my time.
I have had SaskTel Max and Internet on and off for the past 10 years. This past 2 years I have had Max and Internet 25 with them. My son is a big-time gamer needed better Internet speed. So I called SaskTel to inquire about this. They told me that they could NOT provide me with both Max cable and a Higher speed Internet at same time. Reason being, the fiber optics needed aren't available in my area. Ok....so I then let them know that I'm gonna have to try another provider to get what we need. I do just that and go down to SaskTel main office in Regina to cancel Max TV and Internet explaining my reasoning. I was shocked to learn that they had me in a contract that I apparently signed months ago keeping me binded to them for their services or having to pay a 240 penalty. Even though I explained to the manager their my reasoning for canceling (being they can't provide us what we need for cable and High speed internet) because of the issue they have with NOT having what's needed to provide me with this in my neighborhood.....he was keeping me on the hook for the 240 for services that I will not be getting from SaskTel anymore. I even explained that in past, I was never binded to a contract with them so why now. I even said that I would come back to them once SaskTel had everything in place to suit my needs. Still, I was told...."There's nothing we can do for you. You will be required to pay 240 for canceling. " Because of this treatment, I will never get anything from SaskTel ever again and I have already started spreading the word on this to family and friends.
My technician couldn't email me. Slowed down my internet speed. Reset a password half way but couldn't finish the job. Couldn't communicate directions properly. Then he hung up on me half way through. Haven't been able to reach a tech all night due to "high call volumes". All this for a simple task.
Have had Sasktel Max TV and internet for close to 10 years now. Have paid all my bills. Called in last week as I wasn’t picking up a Wi-fi signal. We reset everything, now I can’t even stream Netflix without of buffering every few minutes. Was told I would have to go buy a booster at my own expense. Also was cancelling TV anyways, was told on the phone to drop off the top box and remote at any Sasktel store, when I went to do so was told that I have to mail it in now. Judging by the reviews there are lots of people that feel this way. Maybe consider treating your loyal customers a bit better. Will be switching to Access for internet as well.
I haven’t had a stable connection for what seems to be months now, as it cuts out what seems to be several times a day for short to long periods of time. I’m annoyed with the internet as it says that there is a problem with the phone lines. I wish that Sasktel would hurry it up on fixing my area

Happy with the service. I had a pretty minor concern regarding my cell service when in the US. They addressed the options clearly and were very professional and courteous. No complaints here.
