Probably the worst place to buy something in regina with pandemic. Called in morning ordered 3batteries told them i was bringing cores they said good will be ready in two hours when i got there i had to go in to get bill even though i talked to one of them outside. Then they brought out the batteries and told me to go back in to get core refund. Finally thought i was on my way but no said i should go back in a third time cause he charged me me 3 to much instead of just bringing out the 3 i had to go back in with about 6 other people in a spot big enough for 1. Its no wonder tegina is full of covid with these kind places

Just received my Optima D35 yellow top battery from SaskBattery, so I am commenting on the process so far. Their prices were very competitive, they were helpful, knowledge and nice on the phone when I had a question, and they had stock when everyone else I tried didn't ever stock this battery or had no stock at the time. I purchased online and the process was almost too simple, using the postal address associated with my PayPal rather than prompting me for an address. But a follow up email confirmed the order and the address (and so did SaskBattery when I called them in panic 'cos I'd not seen an address field :) I could tell by the tracking they got the battery to Canada Post that day and it arrived a day earlier than expected, from Saskatchewan to Ontario (a long way). The battery was extremely well packed, important with something so heavy. And it included the tray that you may need to use for installs such as mine, a Camry Hybrid 12v replacement. I found out about this shop a few years ago while looking for laptop battery pricing for work. I have been purchasing my batteries here ever since. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their pricing is tough to beat. I have purchased laptop, car, cr2032, portable booster packs and found them to be good quality and affordable. I would recommend this shop to others.
Some times when a company is dealing with a large inventory mistakes are made with regards to your product still being in stock even after you check by phone that it’s actually physically in the store. That happened to me. I made a 45 minute trip into the city to pickup my battery and they didn’t have it. Unexpectedly they upgraded me to a much better battery for the same price as the one I needed. I was already a good customer of theirs having bought around a dozen batteries from them for farm use.Now I’m not hesitant to recommend them for great products and service but also for having a very high degree of integrity.
They tested my vehicle battery, advised I needed a new one, had me pull inside, advised me the cost & told me about a better one for the 10 more. I went with it so it cost me 84 15 for testing/installation. I have a brand new battery for less than 110 with 6 year warranty. Much better price than CAA or Nissan! I highly recommend them!!
I love this place! Over the last few years, they have saved me a LOT of money by having better prices than I've found anywhere else, by showing me how to keep my batteries alive and healthy, and by refusing to sell me a battery when my current one could be easily repaired. I honestly can't day enough good things about them!
I was searching for a couple weeks trying to find a specific battery for my car at local retailers with no luck, until I came across Saskbattery. Their site was easy to use, and unfortunately they did not have the battery i needed, but had an equivalent battery that they set me up with. Their prices are also some of the best I've seen around. They were polite on the phone, and very quick to respond to any of my emails after following up with my purchase. Couldn't recommend them more, whether you're local or in a different province, you won't regret working with Saskbattery!
The guys here are really knowledgeable! They tested my battery for free and even put additional load on the battery. It passed and they told me I don't need a new one. They had a great selection of battery tenders and I ended up getting two. Both were at great prices! Definitely have a customer for life!
