Amazing food! We have ordered several times for many many years (no matter what end of the city we lived in) and it has never disappointed. Superb customer service!! They made a mistake but went above and beyond to make it right. Such honest people. We will continue ordering from SR Kitchen, they are a favourite of ours!!

I have know these people and order here for years. Always great food! I read some of your comments still complaint about some of the items price change last year! To be fair, they dropped a few items' price at the same time, but nobody seemed to "notice" it. I stopped by today to pick up my order and everything is still top quality! You still get your money worth! I just learnt recently learnt that the nice lady greeting me at the counter, she almost lost her life last year due to over working! These are some nice people and dedicated to their job, give them some credit! They prepare everything in house, for the number of hours those guys put in, they deserve a better pay if you ask me. I just want to give you guys some credit and thank you guys for all you hard work and bringing us constant great food!
First time ordering in from here. We had hoped for a Chinese restaurant that serves the red spicy ginger beef that we used to be able to get. The last few Chinese food places we ordered from don't make it that way anymore. No exception here. The ginger beef was good but not what we expected and you couldn't taste ginger. It tasted like it had beef bouillon in the sauce...like a beef gravy. We ordered at 5:30 pm food came about 7 pm. It was just warm. Egg rolls were sub par, the shrimp in the Shanghai noodles tasted spoiled. Chicken balls were good, and the beef broccoli was really good too. I rarely complain, but this was mostly disappointing for the money we spent. Reading the reviews looks like a hit and miss. Won't be ordering from here again.
Excellent food! Love that you can see the kitchen and watch your food being cooked. Very clean and high quality! Five BIG stars!
I am from Vancouver and visiting a friend here in Regina. OMG, I love the food from this little Chinese take out restaurant. It may be the best Chinese food I ever had! I am going to order a few more times before I go lol... Ginger beef is my favorite so far.
Ordered 30 worth of food, it was disgusting through and through. I called to see if I could get my money back (I rarely ever complain it was just that bad) and after a 20 minute phone call was told by the owner their "policy" is that no first time customers could get a refund no matter how dissatisfied. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I have never seen a business so unwilling to make a customer at least half happy. 0/10 do NOT recommend
Such a big improvement from our last order of months ago... thank you SR Kitchen... they're back to giving us one free steamed rice and the rice was perfectly done.. very very good Ginger Beef... very nice egg rolls..
