Very good service , Thanks to Brandon and Myles , After we moved in to new house there were few small things that we noticed that had to be fixed also one day water leaked from our fridge ( it was a stat holiday and week end ) they still responded in few minutes and got it fixed . Awesome service , will definitely recommend other friends . Glad i bought house from Rohit community , in future when i would upgrade and buy a new house, Rohit would be my first preference .
We moved into a Dakota just over a month ago. The process of buying and moving in was smooth. We love our new house and the way Rohit builders managed the space to give enough room where you need it. We've not had any problems, and the Rohit team has been good at following up to make sure everything was Ok. The homes are truly magazine-worthy! The floorplans are purposefully designed keeping in mind smallest of the details, for instance, a bonus room and laundry on second floor, exterior finishes giving a townhome feel of a large estate home. Also loved the designer interiors that come standard. The homes are attainably priced as well!
