Not a helpful place, pharmacist did not seem to know a lot about anything. You would think with the signage out front that they would have excellent service or even common knowledge. Asked for an oral syringe to administer children’s Tylenol to my three year old and the person behind the counter was trying to give me needle syringes, to which I replied I wasn’t putting that in my child’s mouth. Disgusting

Haven't been here in years thought I'd go check out what they have. Seen some good sale prices wanted to browse but had the most uncomfortable feeling as they didn't want my service as the security followed me everywhere like I was a thief. I had 3 items totaling 90 if I was able togo through the store comfortable it could've possibly been a couple hundred dollar sale. Will never spend another dollar ofmy money there.
Rexall Drugs at 420 Albert Street will never get fewer than 5 STARS from me. They had my Kalaya Pain Relief cream with the special massager applicator attachment that I like! And, at a very good price compared to what I was paying on line at another site plus shipping. Thank you for stocking Kalaya products and especially this one. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and pleasant too! Much appreciated!
The BEST pharmacy in Regina! Amazing staff who deals with some [awful!] customer complaints with grace and professionalism. I've been going here for a few years and since the lockdown it's even more true Great store with a good selection: delivery, drive thru, grocery, health aides, a post office, jewelery, hair, makeup etc. Keep up the good work guys!!
Poor service that lady is rude and have no idea how shipping works.
The cashier Shiela was extremely rude. I always go to this location and this is the first time I’ve encountered very rude service.
There is a bad apple that works here, however the new rewards program makes it worthy.
