Robert and his team are amazing! We switched from another tech support company because we weren't happy with the service. Rescue Tech has gone above and beyond to ensure we are happy with theirs. He has happily helped us with all our computer issues. I even called him asking if he had a computer and 2 monitors that we could pick up in 30 minutes and he had it ready ASAP. We appreciate you!

I had an amazing experience with RescueTECH...I was doing my own RAM upgrade in a new Mac Mini and the fan socket detached from the motherboard. After visiting a few websites in the area and reading reviews, it was clear that this was my best shot, and I received the same type of care and service that was described in other comments. Fixed it properly, fair price....MUCH cheaper than dealing with Apple directly would have been, as Apple very quickly washed their hands of it because of me the end user doing their own upgrade. RescueTECH really saved my bacon, and I would definitely use them again. Very professional staff! Well done!
My laptop hinge broke and needed a quick fix as I am a university student doing classes online. The service itself was very quick, only taking a weekend, and customer service was great! If I ever have any tech problems in the future, I will definitely be coming back!
