Amazing customer service! I called looking for a 130w AC adapter for my laptop as mine had broke. I am a university student doing classes online and needed a quick replacement. I contacted Renewed Technology over the phone and the found one for me the next day! Overall they were very kind and accommodating, I will definitely be coming back if I find myself in the need for any other parts!

Excellent service! Chris spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me as we walked through trying to ascertain if they had a compatible replacement laptop LCD panel for mine which failed suddenly. It seemed they did! A short time later, I showed up in store, connected it to my laptop to confirm it was compatible (it was indeed), paid an incredibly fair price, and left with a massive sigh of relief. These guys saved me weeks of agony from having to order online and limp by using an external monitor. Thanks!

Good service and honest, but almost too honest. Just spoke to someone on the phone asking about a refurbished laptop and was told that, due to COVID, their laptop sales have soared and thus, they have increased the cost of them. Huh? That doesn't make sense, if your sales are that great and you're not hurting for money, why wouldn't you keep them at a reasonable price? Some of us have not been working as much, or at all, due to COVID, so it's a shame that these businesses are using COVID as an excuse to double the cost of their products.

Great service from the team at Renewed Technology! I thought I would need a new laptop as some keys on my Acer laptop fell off. They replaced my whole keyboard which was not an easy task. When a few keys still had issues they took it back and adjusted it under warranty. I was so impressed I bought a refurbished monitor (works like new) and a wireless keyboard and mouse which were both reasonably priced. I will definitely only use these guys if I ever have computer issues again
