Purchased a lease-buy-back HP EliteBook with upgraded memory at a great price. The staff at RCE are very knowledgeable, especially the store's proprietor Lindsay. (BTW if you get Lindsay to crack a smile he'll knock an extra 5 off of the already good price of your next laptop purchase! Ha!).

I was in total panic when I got the black screen of death. Like a dumbass, I did not back up my computer, that I use to run my business from. Jamie was able to recover all of my files and put them back in my computer. He is a life saver. He did a fantastic job restoring everything. I would definitely go back to RCE, as well as recommend it. Thank you so much. : )
My computer was slow and lost my programs. The owner helped me get back the ones I could, and made it fast again. Very nice and friendly and hands-on. Will go back again.
Fixed up my old computer so I could sell it. Replaced my power supply and case (broke the usbs on the front) really cheap! Also saved my old data off of it and saved it for me. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Got more for my computer after replacing the parts I didn't think of.
Was given three different answers regarding a repair on my laptop. When I expressed my concern was met with a hostility. Will not go back or refer any family or friends.

I have been working with RCE for ages. Never had any issues of any kind with this organization. I have found them to be extremely helpful when you ask them questions. Getting the parts ordered in for specialty items has never been an issue ... short of old man Winter and delivery services. I would trust RCE Computers at anytime to do anything I needed done. Never been an issue with them and have always had good person to person contact either on the phone or in the store. Having been around computer since 1981, I personally would recommend them for your computer needs. Yes there are others you can go to ... BestBuy, Future Shop, Fact etc but when you have had excellent results with this computer vendor ... why go anywhere else. By the way ... always backup ... at least once a week or you might lose everything ... lots of choices for backups ... microsoft onedrive, dropbox, external hard drive, mirror images ... if you have important data ... then you should take your own steps to protect it.
