Theyre getting the stars for how each employee was to me. I dealt with 2 front desk and one house keeping maid. They were very nice and helpful. Each star is worth the whole 5...but as a hotel...there was a cockroach being mean to me climbing on the wall. But the mouse was helpful. Cleaning up crumbs. It gets zero stars. 911 was needed in the lobby n the counter girl froze so i unfroze her and directed her to call parametics.I calmed down a man experiencing chest pains by down to slow his cheat pains as well as lessen the fear he had in his eyes with breathing techniques. Could have sworn the woman was partaking in the breathing technique. Two birds with one stone? Im just glad they were both alright.
