Other then the cockroaches, the mouse was not so scary. I appreciated the "No visitors"rule and complimentary bagged breakfast. That was about it. The two stars are for the staff. They only follow hotel rules. At least that's what I hope is the problem of the dirty walls, sheets bit changed between guests. ( I checked in and checked out then decided to stay and got the same room.) The bed nicely made, but the safety pin still on the sheets that I forgot about, placed so I wouldn't lose it.

My entire party was very disappointed in this hotel. We had 5 rooms over 3 nights (we originally had 6 rooms but one of our party refused to stay here). The rooms are very outdated and the furnishings and carpet were questionably clean. I believe the bed linens and the bathroom were clean and I did feel comfortable using them - otherwise I would have left also. Some of our party had fridges and microwaves, others did not. The price was low which is the only reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1. Even so, the low price is not worth it to stay here. Pay more and stay so.ewhere else.
The staff are great. 5 stars for the front desk. 3 for house keeping. Walls looked like somone got draghed put kicking and screaming with dirty hands and scuffy shoes. The lobby.is clean The rooms initially look clean but i ended up washing door knobs and light switches and wall spots It also gave me the feelingf of someone watching me. Not sure why. Only one mouse and one cockroacb. On the 5th day. Took a video of both of them. Neither one was wearing its mask.
The beds where hard the room stunk like someone died opened my curtain and there was just a brick wall the receptionist was rude when checking in! And bag lunches for breakfast overall would of felt safer staying in north central hotel not worth 150 a night for 117 u can get a 4/5 star hotel for 117.00

Great staff, but this property looks nothing like this opening day picture in my experience. It is dated and run down but again, great staff, amazing restaurant. You want fancy, you pay more. Plain and simple. This is a good value for the money. We have stayed their more than once.
Clean friendly could use some updates but still a great place to stop and lay your hat wiel visiting our queen city or just traveling threw ....
Long term stay ( month to month) Affordable - has all the basics Great location - close to restaurants, shopping, parks, museum, etc Clean, quiet and comfortable Staff are very friendly and hospitable! Shout out to La Rona! Thank you for making my stay so great!! I recommend staying at this hotel :)
