Awesome knowlegable staff, responsive to all our questions, timely and organized ordering process and install coordination, and courteous respectful and professional installers! Provincial installed a new front entry door and a new patio door for us. Very happy with the finished product! Everyone from the front office staff to the install crew were great to deal with. They came out to measure my 17 windows that needed replacing. Told me I'd have the quote the following Tuesday. A week and a half after promised, I still have not received the quote. Victor has never returned my calls. I've called twice. I hired someone else.
Extremely happy with our new windows (entire house) and door. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and doors and have noticed a big difference in the warmth of our house since the installation. Installation was very quick, efficient and no mess left to clean up. Would highly recommend!
We had them replace two door "lights" (door windows with built in blinds) and "shim" (adjust) a door. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and reasonable and related to me as a person rather than just a transaction. Their quote was lower than a different one we had gotten. The installer was very skilled and took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was satisfied with everything being done. The units they installed are high quality and work great. I highly recommend this company, based on my experience.
