I rented a two bedroom condo from the landlord in Harbor Landing in Regina 2014-2015. Totally loved it!!! It's new, clean, quite and convenient. Rent is very reasonable. Landlord is awesome and professional. I would recommend to rent or buy from them!!

My experience as a resident in my Condo unit was above and beyond exceptional. Working with my landlord with payments, and quality of living was easy and efficient. Any problems I had in my unit were fixed hastily, and thoroughly. All of this made living in this unit a great experience and I am hoping the next resident of the unit enjoys it as much as I did. He was an amazing man to rent from. He gave me an amazing first experience living on my own. If I have the chance again I would rent from him. I will be going to him and referring him to others who are thinking of renting or buying a place. If you have the chance, rent from him! AMAZIING!
