I absolutely love this place, it's my favorite. It's just unfortunate that they tend to close their restaurant unannounced and on random days, most likely due to the pandemic. That's why sometimes even during their business hours, when you go to order online, it isn't an option

Food is okay and reasonable price for bento. However, the korean fried chicken is just way too expensive - 17 for 6 pieces of small fried chicken which is not even crunchy as it should be. Takoyaki has no vegetables inside just a piece of octopus.
They make a mean torikatsu curry here and food is prepared quickly. Only downside is they like to close the restaurant down unannounced.
I've attempted to go to Pronto a couple times now and each time i'm left disappointed. Their current hour's of operation opens at 12. I arrived 10mins prior to them opening and walked inside since the door was unlocked. Seeing as no one was at the front counter I began shouting "Hello" to catch the attention of someone working. After several minutes someone came from the back and informed me they are not open yet which is understandable but the attitude was not friendly. I decided to give them a second chance today and went there after noon and the restaurant was closed even though there sign says they should be open.
Great food, reasonably priced.
The service attitude is very bad, there are no ingredients, they are still impatient, the quality of food is getting worse, the weight is less and less, they are not recommended!!! It's better to go to McDonald's!! Don't come!
The owner of this restaurant is very rude, and their noodles are the worst. If you want to try some more authentic Japanese food, go to Wann or the one on Victoria. This restaurant is the Waste of your money and time.
There is something for everyone here! If you like Edo Japan, you will LOVE Pronto!! The atmosphere is comfortable and clean and the rolls are delicious. Will definitely be back to support this local business.
