Excellent return policy and customer service. Some of the stuff can be cheap Chinese made, keep that in mind when shopping. With a good return policy and friendly, helpful staff it's thankfully no problem. Been a customer for years & highly recommend.

I love Princess Auto. Truly is a shop supply store. The staff I've encountered are definitely not experts ... they're just stock clerks, so if you want to talk to a mechanic or a welder then go elsewhere. But if you know what you want you can be fairly guaranteed that Princess Auto has it and at a decent price. Their returns policy is also quite outstanding.
Product sold out ( last day of sale ) no problem, rain check issued I'll get a call when new stock is in store. Great service.
