The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The best.. My frustration stems from a poorly planned website. The products are listed within subgroups but ends there. No pictures of products available for purchase. This eliminates any perusal when planning for future purchases. This leads to shopping Amazon. I prefer to shop local, and the ability to be knowledgeable regarding various items manufactured and available for retail sale is a bonus. It expands possibilities and unknown potentials when planning renovations and in problem solving accessibility issues. Also, specifications when listed on a website, allow for specific planning. Please attend to your website. It is the modern method to conduct business .

Really helpful and knowledgable staff. I needed a wheelchair when my husband broke his femur. Needless to say it was generally a stressful time. They helped me over the phone and gave me tons of help when I was in store. They were also really awesome when I realized it would work best to renew the rental month by month based on his healing. They would give me a call and make it easy to renew and mail the receipt.
