Outstanding! Dmitry was not only on time, he was early! That is awesome because I wasn't waiting around endlessly, taking up my afternoon. My switch was easily reinstalled correctly, which cleared up another problem I was having. A quick bypass of a switch I have not needed in over 40 years at this house with a blank cover newly installed was a bonus over and above my original issue, as well as checking my kitchen plugs and explaining to me why the problem I was having wasn't a problem, it was a safety feature. He explained it in such a way that I understood what he was saying, unlike a couple of other sources I had asked. In the end, I am very happy with my experience with Positive Electric and will not only call again if/when I need more electrical help, I will also recommend his services to anyone who needs an electrician!
