Always friendly and nice staff, I have been shopping with them for 7 years and have never had a problem. Wide variety of toys, treats and foods for the animals I have. Even have fun picture events during the holidays! However as it is a pet store there are often accidents from previous animals not having cleaned it up..

Always enjoy going there for items that I need for my cat. Even though they are moving, still a huge selection of things to buy. Be looking forward to seeing their new place and see what new items I can find.
New petsmart has nothing to offer. They made the bird section smaller again but added new foods which is neat. However they had a single gerbil for sale by itself and gerbils are social creatures and need the company of their own kind. I watched in horror as a family picked out a tiny hamster cage for it. Gerbils are not hamsters and require a lot more space. The staff should not be selling animals to people who don't have the correct setup. In fact why sell an animal if you don't even sell anything large enough for it? They also marked up all prices by a tiny bit, then had sale signs up for everything at reg price to trap people into thinking it was a sale. The new petsmart is small, congested, not well laid out and don't get excited about the potential for adoption as that section is smaller as well. All in all a huge let down.
Have always loved this PetSmart since it opened in Regina. The staff is always friendly and you can tell they really do care about animals. While I do support shopping local whenever possible, the exact type & count of dental treats I needed for my senior dog are regularly 12 cheaper at PetSmart vs. the local shop, plus on sale for another 5 off. Having lost nearly 10,000 in salary this year thanks to Covid, I couldn't afford to spend an extra 17 plus tax on the identical product just to shop local. A couple dollars? Sure! 18.70? No way Jose! PetSmart's prices are always pretty good for everything but grooming. While the groomers have always taken good care of our boy, the prices have gotten astronomical! Nearly 100 now for a full groom! They are still our 1st choice backup when our new, more reasonably priced, regular groomer can't get us in though. All in all, I do recommend PetSmart for great service & decent prices on your pet's food, treats, toys & other accessories.
Great selection of things for dogs and cats! The price is great and our dogs love the toys and clothes we get him there. Comfortable free parking lot and you can bring your animals with you! They have adoptions days for dogs! Also there’s a grooming salon for your pets at the place! Love this place :)
Opened a few days ago, so during opening is when you have the most staff on of course.. I went in in the afternoon and there's a cashier and someone in livestock for the entire store I couldn't get any help and I just left
Staff who was assisting me was super rude and condenscending! I understand that the store is super busy because of the sale but maybe they should have increased the staff working. Not acceptable!
Pretty good for price and quality. Although a lot of the time they dont have my cats dry food in stock, and sometimes they dont have the kitty litter that we use, in stock. Which can be very frustrating.
