Very friendly staff, clean and easy to access facilities. The store definitely lives up to their name and provides an excellent value for my pets! A friend of mine had told me about the self serve dog wash, they provide the bath, a robe to help keep you dry, towels, shampoo and even a near silent blow dryer once you're all done washing your dog! This was MUCH easier to bathe my dog than to use my own shower at home. This was built for your dog to shake out that excess water bring them up to your level, my bathroom was not! No more back breaking dog scrubbing at home!

Awesome costumer service and very approchable staffs!
Sarrah was an INCREDIBLE help. She came up to me shortly after I entered the store to offer help. I was looking forr a spesific type of food and she directed me to it without any issues. She asked why I was looking for that type and I mentioned I believe my dog has digestive issues and I thought the brand I was looking for could help, but I wasn't sure. She was extremely knowledgeable about the producs, showed me some further options and gave me some free samples to take home to try. Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL service. I will be switching pet stores to this one for sure.
Value select with nice customer service. Will advise on the best product even if it is a lower priced product. They never up sale only service the client.
I really didn't like this store during lockdown. They blocked off the front of the door....you weren't allowed in....they went to get your items.....no shopping
The staff were very friendly, and ready to help me. They had lots of knowledge and even offered valid opinions on what they thought of the product. Very much appreciated.
I was happily greeted at the door which was really inviting. As i walked through the store I was checked on which found to be very attentive. The only down fall for me was that there was little for cat toys...but there than that great customer service
