Joe is always great at what he does. I would take my computer here to get it fixed before I would take it anywhere else in the city. They also have lots of computers for purchase with high specs for fairly cheap. Highly recommend them.

Awesome employees who were super helpful with an issue I've been having. Patient and understanding. Good prices and work well with others they even recommended another shop down the street to avoid a week or more wait time for solid state drive.

Very honest and reliable... they only fix what is needed and always go above and beyond to make sure the repair is done well. They also address any concerns you may have with your computer. ( I go to the one on Albert St. by 8th Ave,)

Honestly, really terrible overall. They really don't do a thorough job at all. First of all, I brought a power supply in and they claimed they would hook it up to a voltmeter to properly check if it was outputting the correct voltage. I didn't think it would take nearly three days for them to literally hook up two wires, but apparently only one guy who was sick was able to do it (which is fair, I suppose). However, when they called me telling me the apparent issue, they said that the power supply was shot, telling me that they ran it through their test computer, and it would shut off under the use of my power supply. I thought that was a valid reason, however, it was not the kind of test that I paid for (they did not hook it up to a voltmeter like they said they would) and not nearly enough effort that warranted a 35 "service" charge. The real issue, however, is the fact that I am absolutely certain that these guys didn't even run the test. The reason I say this is that I was having difficulties with my computer booting, and I had RMA'd many parts and went through tons of trouble shooting to finally figure out that it was my case that was the problem and not the PSU or the hardware. So how could they have even arrived at their conclusion that the power supply was "bad" when in fact the same power supply booted my computer perfectly? I expected them to be able to give me a fair and precise assessment. Instead they just took my 35 and really didn't look back, and basically scammed me. If you want real service in Regina, seriously, go to OTV. Don't go to this place.
