Been having to come here on occasion they have the part and no one else does, or because they have the better price. For that reason I come here. Many times I've had to deal with people who didn't even know how to work the computer never mind the parts I'm looking for. I come here out of obligation, I dislike the quality of experienced help they offer.

Went here for a grease gun to use on some gym equipment. The staff here was super helpful and friendly, that's the best thing. Will be back for all future needs :)
The staff at the Albert St. store are useless. They know next to nothing about vehicles let alone parts even when specifically told which parts. Cannot communicate properly over the phone and I would advise saving the hassle and going to the east location where their staff is actually knowledgeable. Too many times now I've tried to deal with the Albert location and have been severely let down by either the customer service representative not knowing anything or even being able to look a part up or I have been given the wrong part. Avoid and save time to get your vehicle on the road quicker.
Employee gave me wrong part. Running around throughout the day trying to find the right one. Disappointed that a business name like this wouldn’t show more initiative!
