0-star product quality and 0-star service. Yes, we have interesting times out there. But isn't IT considered an essential service? Purchased a very expensive computer for our diagnostic lab (we are an essential service and we do stay open) and it failed less than 10 hours in. No response whatsoever either by phone or through email.
Great place for some of those hard(er) to find cables & adapters. It's also one of the most inexpensive places in the city to buy cables, adapters and chargers for phones, tablets, computers, including some audio & video as well. Online prices & selection - without the wait.
They helped me when my computer stopped working. They replaced the broken part and explained a few things to me. Definitely will be shopping there! The price for what they did was great and they were able to save most of my documents.
Every purchase I have made at OTV has been a great experience. I really appreciate having these guys in the city. Fair prices too.
Great store. Usually either has what I need or can get it in reasonably quickly. Prices are good and everyone seems to know their stuff.
Guy recommend computer with oldest parts first that fit my budget. Never going back
Staff were super helpful and friendly, technician (Paul) got to my machine very quickly and performed a thorough diagnostic. I was honestly expecting the store, being a tech shop, to try and over sell me things and to tell me my PC was just busted and I had to replace a bunch of parts but no they just told me exactly what needed to be fixed and what parts they recommended replacing. I was out of there in 15 minutes with a new GPU and a working PC and plan to come back and buy more items in the future! thanks \u003c3
