Overcooked food and proper hygeine was not maintained. Sometimes she was using her bare hand to prepare food which can cause serious illness to the customer. During this Covid period safety should come first rather than preparing the order fast. Today it is my last order from this store. Ridiculous. Definitely I gonna complain to the health ministry for not following proper hygine. Employees should not be there if there are not followed.

There was a lady working in the morning today, doesnt know how to behave with the customers even takes a lot of time to prepare an order. I would strongly say to the manager regarding The customer service, it needs to improve a lot. Never ever gonna visit this store again.

Love how the breads are made fresh all the time! They make it 2-3 times a day! Employees are very kind and welcoming. I would recommend.

Then girl and guy team that works evening till close.... so friendly and accomadating....when they make my subs they make no mistakes...they don't do them 100% but 110%.... That why I keep going back excellent service... This mr. Sub is on 3block Albert's street...and they were working last night...
This Mister sub was a pure meh. It wasn't terrible but there are better ones in the city. The guy making the sub had the care of a neurosurgeon when placing those toppings and it took a while. Didn't have enough chili for two bowls. The sub was pretty good though (tasted as expected), so it's not a write off.
Terrible... had to ask for lettuce 3 time 3 tomatoes. And the meat was sour. Terrible location
