I eat at this restaurant often, approximately once a week. I go there for the delicious, savoury chicken pho and its layers of flavours. One of the workers told me that the bone broth is simmered for eight hours and I am sure that is true. The quality of the ingredients is very good. The price is a bit higher than other restaurants that offer similar cuisine; however, the quality of the food I eat is important, so I don't mind paying a bit more for a better dining experience. The restaurant is not fancy but it is quite comfortable and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dined here not too long ago during my trip to Regina. Food was great tasting and savoury. A little on the pricey side, in my opinion, compared to the other ones I’ve dined before. They also have the option of getting the larger portion for 2 extra. The service was prompt and professional. Perfect food for the cozy and cold weather!
I would recommend Phomilu for lunch. The service was very good.the young boy was very friendly and very efficient. Our food was very good, price was fair. The restaurant itself is ok, nothing special as far as atmosphere goes.
Best place for bubble tea in Regina! They have lots of options and are super helpful. I couldn't decide on the flavours one time and the lady helped by giving me some good pairing options. If you're wanting to support local, this is a good place to do it.

I am supprised that the Milu staff carefully packed rice noodles and the hot soup in separate boxes. Most restaurants usually pack them all into one box and you can only see rotten noodles after its delivery.
